<ul> <li> You advise Heraeus' Senior Executives on inorganic growth opportunities for its Operating Companies, thereby making you an essential part of Group strategy </li> <li> You lead and support M&amp;A transactions (e.g. buy/sell-sides, investments, partnerships) across all phases - from origination to integration </li> <li> You perform in-depth financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence assessments and are involved in the subsequent negotiation and structuring of these transactions </li> <li> You collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to assess strategic fit and deal rationale </li> <li> You identify and analyse new business areas and investment opportunities that are of interest to Heraeus </li> <li> You prepare and deliver presentations on opportunities, deal progress, and strategic recommendations to Senior Executives, and serve as subject matter expert on M&amp;A topics </li> </ul>
